The photos you see in this article portray the latest
original interpretation of the famous tuner Carlsson on the basis of the
world's most agile city car, the Smart Fortwo.
It is called Race Edition, the Smart Fortwo is distinguished
aesthetics developed by Carlsson for the white paint on which stand the red
stripes with the logos of the tuner, to complete it we think of the lightweight
alloy wheels 17-inch and trim about 30 mm.
As for the propulsion, however, with some modifications to
the discharge and by careful remapping of the ECU, Carlsson has managed to get
the maximum power of this small city cars to well 112 hp and 158 Nm that,
compared to the power of based on 84 horses and 120 Nm of torque, turns out to
be a really big step forward in terms of performance and speed.
Changes, but this face only in the colors, are also found in
the passenger compartment, where, however, dominates the red color, in contrast
with details in black and white on the dashboard.
