D8 GTO is the name of this new lightweight two-seater
made by the Dutch carmaker Donkervoort.
This is a specimen with a mass of just 700 pounds, powered
by a 5-cylinder 2.5 TFSI Audi of origin can give off the maximum power of 400
horsepower.
The TFSI engine, as already mentioned coming home
from the Audi RS3, through less than 30 pounds can have a torque of 450 Nm from
1,600 rpm onwards.
The Donkervoort D8 GTO is simply the evolution of the
D8 GT, which was presented last December 18 from the house. With her, in
fact, shares about 30% of the components, but using a tubular steel frame and a
carbon fiber body to lighten the total weight.
