One of the biggest risks when wearing an accessory in gold,
is that of scratching, which may very well mark the wear of the parts we care
about most.
For this, Jean-Claude Biver, Hublot CEO,
considered one of the houses of Haute Horlogerie most famous in the
world, presented in conjunction with Professor dell'EFPL, Andreas Mortensen,
the new Magic Gold.
It is, in short, a new type of gold, considered the world's
first to boast the feature scratch.
To pure liquid is added a percentage of boron carbide powder,
a ceramic among the most resistant, allowing for the classification of 18-karat
gold, as it contains the 750 per thousand of gold, and removing the problem of
scratches greatly increasing the hardness.
Apparently, the Magic Gold immediately take shape with the
new creations of watchmakers Hublot home.
