Apparently you have to take into account every small detail stop casting manufacturers and stop thinking that any "hint" is only to mislead. You had the weekend to digest the news that BMW has not been consistent with xDrive technology using only 4-door vehicle as M550d, but prepares the launch of full-size coupe wheel drive.
Just last Friday from Munich announced the launch of an all-wheel drive diesel variant in a "Grand coupe": the 640d xDrive.
While not as explosive as a power diesel engines of the Series 5, the 3.0-liter twin-turbo 640d installed one that gives 313 horsepower and, according to BMW, can reach 100 km/h from rest in 5, 2 seconds.
Regarding consumption, the manufacturer claims that the 640d wheel drive will consume between 5.72 and 5.88 liters of diesel per 100 kilometers (depending on the covers attached); simply stunning for AWD sports car.
While the Series 6 has been installed throughout its history only rear-wheel drive systems, since the company announced its intention to market a copy of this series with all wheel drive excitement among fans has been evident, even among purists.
With the availability of the 640d xDrive from this spring, the indulgent walks through the winding roads will be safer transalpine and fun, without incurring large consumption.
