The prestigious Italian car of the Prancing Horse,
has launched in recent days the production of the new Ferrari California
(Model Year 2012), subject to an update that is to introduce new technical
solutions.
Ferrari's engineers have explained this update summarizing
the number 30, 30 are the horses to add to previous 460, as are the 30
kilograms less than the previous generation. The powerful 4.3-liter V8,
therefore, will provide the maximum power of 490 hp, with torque of 505 Nm.
According to the new Ferrari California will have a
shot from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds or 0.2 seconds faster than the current
version.
Currently there are no news updates on the cabin and
bodywork, but spokesmen have promised that the new Ferrari California
will be on display at the Geneva Motor Show to be held from 8 to 18
March, where they will be shown all its new features and technical
specifications.
